A budget system you built yourself
Not a template, not an app—a custom approach that fits your actual life. You'll understand why each part works, which means you can adjust it when needed.
Building financial skills that work in the real world
Most of us never learned the basics. How to actually track where money goes. How to set up something that works without spreadsheets that make your eyes glaze over. We're here to change that with practical budgeting skills you'll actually use.

We started pyralionex in 2019 after watching too many friends stress about money despite earning decent incomes. The problem wasn't income—it was the lack of basic financial structure. Our programs focus on building habits that stick, using methods we've refined with over 800 participants across Australia.
Here's what we hear from folks considering our programs, going through them, and after they finish.
Apps often fail because they're either too rigid or too vague. Our approach gives you a flexible framework that adapts to how you actually spend. We spend the first two sessions just understanding your patterns before building anything.
Life happens. All materials stay accessible, and we run weekly drop-in sessions where you can catch up or ask questions. Most participants miss at least one session—the system accounts for that.
No. Once you complete the program, you have the tools. We offer optional quarterly check-ins for graduates, but they're free and voluntary. The goal is independence, not subscription dependence.
The principles stay the same whether you're earning $50k or $150k. You'll learn to adjust the system yourself. That said, graduates can book a one-off refresh session if they want guidance through major transitions like buying property or career changes.
Not a template, not an app—a custom approach that fits your actual life. You'll understand why each part works, which means you can adjust it when needed.
Should you buy that thing? Take that trip? Move to a pricier apartment? You'll have a framework for making these calls without second-guessing yourself for weeks.
We'll help you find a tracking method that doesn't feel like homework. Some people love spreadsheets. Others prefer simple notebooks. Both work—you just need to find your version.
Small group sessions mean you're not learning alone. People often say the peer discussions were as valuable as the formal content—hearing how others solve similar challenges.
Our next intake starts September 2025. Programs run for eight weeks with both evening and weekend options available. Or just reach out if you have questions about whether this would work for your situation.
